Abstract:

To justify the ways of further development of civilizational Russian society the author uses the formation approach, improving its administration rd analytical reception mation of branching, which allowed to identify and predict the shape of the future of world civilization, including Russia, in the form of socially-oriented formation to be a representation lyat state constitutional democracy with a socially oriented civil society and the social market economy. To go to this formula-tion is required to reformat the class structure of society, with the release as the main subject of the direct authority of the country of the productive class, which is in the modern society of 90-95% of the population.
